Outstanding specialized health care. Fully licensed and accredited.

The residents living in the 285-bed Wilson Health Care Center at Asbury Methodist Village receive loving, professional care including a complete spectrum of nursing and rehabilitation services. Adults aged 60 and older are welcome for long- or short-term care. The Wilson Health Care Center is a certified Medicare and Medicaid provider. The transitional care unit is ideal for those referred by their physicians for short-term skilled nursing care and/or intensive rehabilitation services. Our Dementia Special Care Unit provides care and comfort for body, mind and spirit to individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's or dementia-related disorders.
